Recommendations

Registration will be opened on February 1st 2020, the early bird fare is available until June 15th. Payment must also be made by June 15th. After that deadline, if payment has not been received, you will be charged with the regular fare.

All participants, including those who wish to present a paper, should complete the registration form through the conference website and is required to attend the scientific sessions and social events. Registration will be confirmed after receiving the registration form and full payment.

The registration fee covers participation in all sessions, conference materials, IOBC-WPRS Bulletin (e-bulletin), coffee breaks, lunches, (most) dinners, excursions and social activities.

When registering for the meeting as a non-member, the participant will be entitled to become a member of IOBC-WPRS (Western Palaearctic Regional Section) for a period of one year (membership application through the IOBC-WPRS websites is anyway required).

A reduced rate will be charged for students. Students need to provide a letter from their advisor confirming their student status, which should accompany their registration.

Growers will only be part of the congress on September 1st 2020 afternoon where specific sessions will be dedicated to them. They will have the possibility to register for 50 €. If you are a grower but want to take part of the whole conference, please add this information in the comments. The Non-IOBC-WPRS member fare will apply.

Accompanying persons have the possibility to join us the for the technical visit tour at the price of 100 € per person. They can also join us for the two diners on Tuesday night and on Wednesday night at the price of 110 €. Please send an email to Laure Dreux (laure.dreux@astredhor.fr) to register.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations are only considered if the organizing committee is notified in writing. Please take in consideration the following rules:

  • All refunds will be made after the meeting.
  • Cancellation and refund will be subject to the following conditions;
    • For cancellation received by July 1st, 2020: Full registration fee will be refunded,
    • For cancellation received between July 1st and July 15th, 2020: 75% of full registration fees will be refunded.
    • For cancellation received after July 15th 2020: 50% of full registration fees will be refunded.
    • For cancellation received after August 16th 2020: No refund will be provided.

Note, we are unable to provide refunds for meeting-associated costs for any cancellations made after July 31st, 2020.
